Just make sure there’s no added weird ingredients.
What Ingredients will I need to make this Raw Milk Pumpkin Smoothie?
Raw Milk
As I said earlier, raw milk is so healing for your body! It contains all the beneficial, healthy bacteria that will help you digest the nutrient dense milk. I recommend getting raw milk from a local, trusted farmer if you can. However, since raw milk is sort of hard to procure, you can also use an alternative if needed. I’d recommend coconut milk, almond milk, or cashew milk.
Egg Yolks
Egg yolks are packed with vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats. They are so worth it to add to this smoothie! They nourish your brain and body and also give such a creamy texture to this Raw Milk Pumpkin Smoothie. You’ll need 2 egg yolks for this recipe. I recommend pasture raised eggs
Collagen
Grass-fed beef collagen is so good for your body! It gives you strong nails, glowy skin, and healthy hair! It also makes this smoothie super creamy! You can get my favorite brand here. You’ll need one serving of collagen for this smoothie.
Vanilla
Vanilla adds so much warming flavor to this delicious Raw Milk Pumpkin Smoothie. Extract or powdered vanilla bean work great! You can get some here. You’ll need about 2 tsp.
Sea Salt
Always use unrefined sea salt in place of refined table salt. You can get my favorite brand here. Don’t leave the salt out! It is full of trace minerals and helps with digestion. It also brings out so much flavor in this smoothie! You need about 1 tsp.
Pumpkin Puree
Try to find organic. Pumpkin puree is the main ingredient in this recipe! I love the taste of canned pumpkin puree However, you could make your own fresh if you wanted! Be sure the only ingredient in your pumpkin puree is well… pumpkin! You’ll need 1/2 a cup of pumpkin puree.
Sweetener of choice
My favorite sweetener to use in this recipe is a little bit of liquid stevia (here) However, there are so many other healthy options for you to choose from! Here’s some good ones:
- 2-3 Medjool dates
- 2 tbsp unrefined maple syrup
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
Just avoid artificial processed things like Splenda, cane sugar, brown sugar, or others.
Pumpkin Pie Spice
Can’t forget the cozy pumpkin pie spice! You’ll need a tsp of pumpkin pie spice. Try to find organic with the only ingredients being spices (no added sugars).
Ice and Water
You’ll also need a handful of ice and some water for this recipe!

You’ll need a blender to blend the ingredients into a yummy, seasonal, Raw Milk Pumpkin smoothie. As long as your blender is strong enough to blend ice, you’ll do great!

1. Add all the ingredients for your Raw Milk Pumpkin Smoothie to a blender
Add the milk, egg yolks, collagen, vanilla, pumpkin, spice, salt, ice, water, and sweetener to your blender. Blend for about a minute or until super creamy!

Where can I find raw milk?
I’d use the website www.realmilk.com to find a provider near you. If you live in Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, North Dakota, West Virginia, or California, raw milk should be available in grocery stores. If yo don’t live in one of those blessed states, you’ll need to have a cow share (like me!) this means that you own part of a cow and therefore have access to part of it’s milk supply.
Can I turn this Raw Milk Pumpkin Smoothie into Ice Cream?
Yes! You absolutly can! I do it all the time! Just make the smoothie as usual without the ice and water, and then follow your ice cream churner’s instructions.
What kind of milk should I use in place of raw milk?
I’d recommend coconut milk, almond milk, cashew milk, or another nut milk if you don’t have raw milk. I don’t recommend soy milk however. Also make sure there are no added gums, oils, or sugars. Here are some links to my favorite brands:
